Abnormal, slow or no breathing Extreme drowsiness or unresponsiveness Pale or blue/grey skin or lips Small or pinpoint pupils Seizures Clammy skin If you see these signs, call EMS/911 and stay with the person until help arrives. Poster of Care For Opioid Poisoning by the Canadian Red Cross. Check: check the person, call EMS/911, and start CPR. Administer naloxone: till the head back, administer naloxone, and continue CPR. Care: if there is no improvement after 2 to 5 minutes, administer naloxone again. If breathing, place the person in the recovery position. Be aware that when someone is revived using naloxone, they may become agitated/disoriented. The information in this poster does not replace formal First Aid and CPR training. Poster Handwashing Guidelines by the Canadian Red Cross. Prevent spreading germs that can cause many illnesses. First, take off your jewerly. Wet your hands with warm running water. Second, apply some soap and create a lather by rubbing your hands together. Third, wash all parts of each hand. Rub your hands together vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Fourth, rinse your hands under warm running water. Leave the water running while you dry your hands. Fifth, dry your hands with a clean disposable towel. Sixth, using the towel as a barrier, turn the faucet off and open the door, then throw the towel into the garbage. The information in this poster does not replace formal First Aid & CPR training.
